Can I stop Facebook comments from popping up in Quantum?

Since the update to Firefox Quantum 57 I've been getting a popup in the bottom center of the Facebook window on my PC every time someone submits a comment to one of my posts. The comment pops up a little less than half the height of the window and obscures what I'm doing. I've been through both Firefox Quantum's new settings as well as my Facebook settings and can't find an option to disable this. Has anyone seen this and figured out a solution?

No I have not and not heard of it and do not use such a thing.

Did you install a extension that does this as Firefox does not do it on it's own.

Please use more than 1 scanner as each uses diff tech : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware Save your Report and google each before deleting anything as do not want to delete something you need, If need help : https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/9573-im-infected-what-do-i-do-now/ Post in only 1 forum, then wait.

Apparently it's something on Facebook's end. A friend has told me it happens using Chrome and Internet Explorer too. Maybe I just haven't been active enough on Facebook to have had it happen before this. Perhaps the popup has to be dismissed enough times for Facebook's algorithms to learn you don't want to see it.
