Version 57 has destroyed my profile.ini on one of my two pc's and I not cannot get rid of the error. I do not want the downloaded version of 57 to run on my second pc - how can I prevent it? I am also concerned about how I get back to using Firefox on the first pc. This is the first time I have had problems like this. The Refresh routine did not help.

Thought I had fixed it yesterday - then I get the same error message back: "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible." It reports this error twice as it loads and then once more when opening first additional tab - after that it appears to be stable. The directories are all there, nothing removed. Windows 7 and Kaspersky running. Any ideas? I haven't yet dropped back to release 56. I have deleted Firefox and re-installed - problem remains. No problems on the machine running 56.....
