It's to the right of the backwards and forwards buttons and is an arrow in a circular path. If you hover over it, it should say 'reload current page'.

It's to the right of the backwards and forwards buttons and is an arrow in a circular path. If you hover over it, it should say 'reload current page'.
Note that you can drag the Refresh button to another position on the toolbar in customize mode.
