Access denied. Your IP address is blacklisted. If you feel this is in error please contact your hosting provider's abuse department.

Do you get the same error in Internet Explorer or other browsers installed on your system?

What I'm having trouble determining from that error message is whose IP address is blacklisted. Is it the one the site is receiving from your computer, which may be set by your ISP, or if you use a VPN or other alternate routing, by that service provider? Or is it the site's address that is blacklisted by a filter between you and the site?
