In last week graphics are rendering as black boxes when I scroll back to see them.
Firefox 54.0.1 some graphics render correctly when a new page loads, but if I scroll down on a page then scroll back up the graphics render as black boxes. Does not happen on every website, may only happen on some pages of a given website.
I tried clearing cache / history / cookies etc, choosing "everything" but that didn't fix it (though for a short time I thought it had...)

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> General -> Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.
