I just had a problem and wanted to ask a question. I found the help center very unclear. There is no button like "ask a question" or "submit and issue". Also, login does not work if you don't already have an account, but you cannot generate an account, because there is no "sign up" button.

Instead, you have to find a very special way through all the buttons and questions until finally, magically, you can sign up. Also, it is hard to find an e-mail for support. Where you can ask a question like: "how can I ask a question in you support site??". Such a question should be necessary to ask. I guess, many issues are not submitted because the users get frustrated if they have to search for things like "sign up". This is very frustrating user experience and makes me think about changing the software.

I also tried entering the IRC, that did not work either.
