go to next unread email automatically in Thunderbird

When I delete an email, I want to automatically go to next unread message. I want to read my oldest email first and move up the newest emails. I have an iMac running El Capitan.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

sort your mail oldest to newest, instead of newest to oldest.
