cannot find a composition tool bar to reinstall. all other function buttons are there and work ok.
I do not have a send button in my normal tool bar. How do I find and or add it? It was not available in the customized tool bar section section either. All other items in tool bars are normal.

Press and hold alt then then tap v and a menu should appear. Select View and then Toolbars. A submenu should appear, listing available toolbars. I have four listed and all are ticked:
Composition Enigmail Formatting Status
You almost certainly won't have Enigmail in your list, but are all the others ticked, particularly Composition?
