How do I update and/or delete Flash?
I have sensory processing issues, and can't watch video, so it's tempting to delete all the support and all the plug-ins for any kind of video/animation/pain.
I have the error message in the add-ons manager, about how Flash is unsafe, with the "Update Now" button pointing to this page:
https://blocklist.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/blocked/p1226
... which doesn't explain how to update or delete Flash, but directs users to this page:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-ons-cause-issues-are-on-blocklist
... which still doesn't explain how to update or delete Flash, but directs users back to the add-ons manager...
Are we supposed to follow these links in an endless loop?
P.S. I have sensory processing issues, and need many accessibility fixes to use Firefox, so please don't ask me to use safe mode or refresh Firefox.

Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it
Security Issue: Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
Flash Player Version: 22.0.0.192 Flash Player (Linux) Version 11.2.202.626

See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
I have a strobe sensitivity. Not epilepsy. Not sure what. I have had two seizures after being hit by safety signals, and a number of other episodes.
The last times I've tried to use helpx.adobe.com, it wouldn't load and would repeatedly flash.
I discussed the flashing on this thread: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1120689
