I use the Firefox browser on all my products. I have it on my windows 8.1 tablet but Mozilla says it's not available for my Nokia Lumina521 windows 8.1 phone??

There has been no development on a mobile Firefox for any Windows Phones for several years now.
Firefox is only available on desktop Windows, Mac OSX 10.6+, and Linux. Mobile Firefox for Android, the Firefox shell browser for iOS and the Firefox OS.
