I received the following message when trying to forward an email: "Sending of the message failed. Unable to open the temporary file C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\nsmail.tmp. Check your 'Temporary Directory' setting." Note that the directory does not exit. OS is Windows 10. Where do I find this setting?
