Video choppy in Firefox but works smooth as silk in Chrome and Edge, Even with all 3 browsers open at the same time playing the same movie from the same site.
I watch a lot of TV shows online. Netflix, Hulu, TV websites like AMC. Recently(within the last few months), I have had to start watching these shows on Chrome or Edge because EVERY video is choppy on Firefox. I can have both Firefox and Chrome open to the same site at the same time and Chrome is silky smooth and Firefox looks like it is stuttering.

Use this link to check that your plugins are up-to-date. If any are listed as unknown or research, do not worry about them.
If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:
- see if there are updates for your graphics drivers
