I have lost the toolbar with my address book on it.
I clicked something on the toolbar that has my Email; address book on it and the tool bar disappeared. t\I can find no way of getting it back.

Do you have a Menu Bar with File-Edit-View etc? If not, press the alt key to make it appear. From the menu bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on. Address Book is on the MAIL Toolbar.
