This first appeared on 9-10-15, and now again today (9-18-15). It only shows "sugr.swf". and asks to browse or download. I do not know where this came from. The website referenced is: https://sdk.vindicosuite.com.

I do not know what this is, or where it came from. I performed a malware/virus scan with ESET, and nothing was found. Has anyone else ever seen this problem. I will not to touch it as I have no clue as to what it even is. First one showed 157 kb, and second one showed 158 kb.

ANY AND ALL HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.

Server not found Firefox can't find the server at vindicosuite.com..

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar and search for prefs that refer to vindicosuite. You can reset user set (bold) prefs via the right-click context menu to the default value.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

You can use the SearchReset extension to reset some preferences to the default values.

Note that the SearchReset extension only runs once and then uninstalls automatically, so it won't show on the "Firefox > Add-ons" page (about:addons).

cor-el, and Fred McD,

Thank you for your comments. It was not necessary to try to utilize the about:config because I had someone completely check the computer, and it came up 100% clean.

I'm still in the dark as to where this pop-up came from, however since there is no malware, or viruses there is no need to pursue it further.

cor-el, I am keeping this information for reference should I need to use it. Thank you once again!  :)
