Does anybody actually work for Mozilla?
I have been sent in circles and have tried to reach someone, ANYONE, for at least an hour!! First, why do you make it so hard to get help?
The font on my e-mail display page, not on my e-mails but the firefox display of available e-mails, is too small to read. I had it set where I could read it. Now it is tiny. When I go in on the Internet Explorer browser, it is still large enough to read. Can you help with this?
Another thing that really bothers me is that the executive that you had that made a contribution to a good moral cause was fired. Was it because he was not a pervert?

It's 10:30pm in California, so only volunteers giving up their evening are answering questions right now. Also, it's a support forum, so let's stick to the technical issues, please.
As the first step, could you try resetting the zoom level on the page? You can do that using one of these methods:
- hold down the Ctrl key and press 0 (that's a zero)
- on the application menu (accessed using the button with 3 horizontal bars), find the control that looks similar to - | 100% | + and click the number in the center to reset the zoom level
Does that restore normality?
If necessary, you can increase the zoom level from there, either using the menu or by holding down the Ctrl key and tapping + once or twice.
I WANT TO TALK WITH SOMEONE FROM MOZILLA. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN A BLOG OR FORUM!
WHY AM I HEARING FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT FROM MOZILLA SUPPORT? ALL I GET ARE VOLUNTEERS. SURELY SOMEONE WORKS FOR MOZILLA! DO NOT RESPOND TO ME UNLESS YOU ARE A MOZILLA PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE.
this forum and the knowledge base section of support.mozilla.org are the only official support venues provided by mozilla. if you do not even want to troubleshoot the problem or follow the good advice that was already given, we cannot help you!
IF MOZILLA DOESN'T HAVE EMPLOYEES, THEY NEED TO CLOSE. I WOULD LIKE TO FEEL AS IF I AM VALUED AS A USER OF MOZILLA. OBVIOUSLY NOBODY IS!
thank you, i still see no interest in your answers to follow up on the steps that were proposed to you in order to troubleshoot the issue, so i will close this thread as not actionable. maybe it's time to value the contributors that offer to help you in their free time and don't ask for anything in return for a change?
