Firefox keeps crashing (read "unexpectedly closing") whenever I enter the same website, even in Safe Mode

Whenever I try to enter Runescape.com Firefox will crash most of the time (when it doesn't all I have to do is access another page within the website and it will usually crash in the first attempt anyway). I've tried clearing the cache, updating the browser and the plugins, I even disabled all my plugins and it still wouldn't fix the problem. The problem persists even in Safe Mode. The only exception is when I start Firefox in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 3 (my current OS is Windows 7 Home Basic Service Pack 1). I can still restore my previous session as long as I do not try to access Runescape.com again. The problem does not extend to other programs or systems (as far as I know, at least). I haven't had this problem in any other website so far.

Can you please post the crash id's? This will help us understand why firefox is crashing.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

I hope I got this right, it took me a while to find the last one.
