how do your remove addons when none are installed, but the fire fox health report says you have one disabled?
When i go to firefox>openmenu>openhelpmenu>troubleshootinginformation> (safemode)restart with addons disabled, this fixes the glitch problem i am experiencing, though the next time i open firefox addons are not disabled and the glitch reoccurs. The problem is there are no addons installed. when i go to firefox>openmenu>add-ons - no addons are listed just the welcome banner "First time with add-ons?" and when i go to firefox>openmenu>openhelpmenu>firefox health report -it says that i have 1 addon disabled. what the heck?!?!?
As seen below in the picture i attached. I'm getting little black rectangles with broken clip art smilely faces diagonally across my screen when ever i use firefox and visit facebook. If i visit other websites first nothing happens/ the glitch is not present. If i use another browser the glitch is not present. If i restart my computer in windows safe mode the glitch is not present. If i use other computers and visit facebook the glitch is not present. It only seems to be present with firefox while loading a facebook page.
I have ran my anti virus scans of webroot secure anywhere, and anti malware/spyware programs like: Malwarebytes, Adwcleaner, Spybot search & destroy, Rogue killer, CCleaner, Junkware removal tool, windows defender offline, Kaspersky Tdsskiller, and RKill. I have reset all broswer addons & extensions, safari, chrome, IE, Firefox. And still this persists.
Though because when i restart in safemode of Firefox and do not see the glitch it tells me there maybe something with the firefox broswer that is causing the problem. Any ideas? please help.
the attached photo seems to be still loading so here are some links to the pics of the glitch: https://www.flickr.com/photos/125999986@N06/18463606562/in/dateposted-public/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/125999986@N06/17845342524/in/dateposted-public/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/125999986@N06/18463579872/in/dateposted-public/

Hardware acceleration for graphics is disabled when in the Firefox SafeMode.
Try updating your graphics / video drivers, they appear to be almost 5 years old. adapterDescription: ATI Radeon HD 5770 driverDate: 9-7-2010
By the way, AMD (which bought ATI) has a utility you can download to identify the best driver software for your system: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download. That should ease the research.
