My internet is working fine. Internet Explorer is working fine (but I hate IE because it's super slow). But when I try to use FireFox, I get the "Unable to connect" screen. I've tried everything listed on this website to solve this issue, but it had not worked. I've even tried reinstalling it. Nothing seems to help. Is there an issue with FireFox in general??

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to install for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
