Dear Forum, on starting up, firefox connects to homepage (google) twice.the same problem occurs in google chrome but not internet explorer. i have the latest firefox version. have tried with addons diabled but problem persists.

Hi Philip,

            I have reset Firefox to its default start page and this solves the problem.

I believe the problem itself is something to do with how Googles website relates to the Firefox browser. When I tried Yahoo as my default page the problem did not occur.
