Received an email that references additional information that is not displayed, yet messages shows 100% in Chrome and Explorer.

I might add the the color of the displayed text was gray, rather than black as it is usually.

When replying to said email, missing text is displayed in the reply, but scrambled (unformatted)

The sender resent the email, but the problem still persist.

Ahh Haa, If you look very closely at the letters, you will see that the sender uses very, Very long lines. About twice the length of your screen. Is there a sliding bar at the bottom of the screen? You may also have an option to format the message. Or, download the message as text, and open it using Notepad or Word.

I know what the message is when viewed in Chrome or Explorer. The problem is getting the message to display in Firefox. I hope this problem is rare.
