Today, Firefox crashed and I saw the mozilla troubleshooting message. I selected the option to restart firefox and got the mozalla troubleshooting box again. I repeated this several times with the same results. I do not want to "restore to factory settings" because I want to keep my history, cookies, etc. It doesn't restart in safe mode from terminal and I am using Chromium to send this message. My operating system is Ubuntu . I'm not sure I'm including the crash information automatically (or doing it correctly), so I pasted the contents of the latest crash log in the box below; it consists of a crash ID, and I hope that's what you need to figure this out.
