I've tried the website in Internet Explorer and it works fine. I'm running Windows 7 and the version of Firefox is 18.0.1.

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (MAC)

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Hi, Thanks for the help, but I've tried all the suggestions and so far have had no luck. When in Safe Mode, the image appeared successfully 7 times out of 10, whereas in normal mode, it would probably be the other way around, if not worse. I never had this problem in earlier versions of Firefox. Here are 2 images showing the problem, one shows the correct image, and the other shows the incorrect (or incomplete) image.
