I have a laptop that runs on Windows XP SP3. I download and install Firefox 13.0. It was working. I turned off the laptop, then turned it on some time later. Whenever I click Firefox, the error message appears, however, I can still use Firefox. Firefox will close if I click "close" in the error message. The only way I can browse the web using Firefox is to drag the error message off screen and then continue on my work. I'm sure no one would like an error message just hanging around off screen. I researched for a solution but it seems none of it work. 1 - "It might be a problem with the plugins/add-ons." I turned off all my plugins/add-ons, restarted Firefox, and I still got the error message. 2 - "Try Firefox in safe mode." I did and I still got the error message. 3 - "It might be malware." I did a full scan using Avast and Advanced SystemCare Pro. Still got the error message. 4 - "Do a reinstall." I still got the error message None worked.
