I attempted to update to Firefox 6 but my system won't support it. Then I tried upgrading to 4.0 but it automatically tries to upgrade to 6.0.
We are operating with Firefox 3.6.
In order to use our Quickbooks online, they suggested upgrading to Firefox 6.0. I attempted and my system is too old (Mac OS 10.5.8).
So, I tried to download Firefox 4.0. When the download begins it's 6.0 that is attempting to download and once done, there is a circle and slash through the Firefox logo. I can't find a way to upgrade to 4.0.
Any help would be appreciated :) Wen

- Firefox 4 versions and later do not run on a PowerPC Mac.
- Firefox 4 and later require at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac.

For an unofficial Firefox 4 compatible version (TenFourFox) that runs on PowerPC Macs with OS X 10.4.11 or OS X 10.5.8 you can look at:
Firefox 3.6.x (Mac OS X 10.4 and later) can be found here:
