I need to see videos that are from a Mexican website. I know there is a plug in for that but I am having problems finding it.

Try accessing those sites using Anonymous Web Browsing

Not sure, try this maybe - Ghostery 2.5.3

Check and tell if its working.

You would need to access that site via an anonymous proxy that is located in that country to get an IP that locates you there.
