Why is Firefox closing itself in the programs tab on Windows Task Manager? I can't even open the browser.
I don't have a folder where I can run in safe mode for some reason, and the process tab in my Task Manager shows the firefox process for about 1 second then disappears.

Firefox 4 & 5 have a new way to open the Firefox SafeMode, that "folder" in "Programs" was removed. Hold the Shft key when launching Firefox from the desktop shortcut.
