Middle-click scrolling does not work
This has been an issue ever since installing FF4 beta, and now into the stable build as well.
No matter what computer or mouse I use, using the scroll wheel's clickable button on my mouse does not enable the scrolling as it used to (gray arrows, moving cursor up and down auto-scrolled).
The scroll wheel itself is working, but it's still very inconvenient.

Firefox 5.0 is still in BETA and there are bound to be issues with it still. Use the Feedback option to report your problem.
The full version won't be released until June 21 at the earliest.
I apologize, the system I'm working with is not the one I'm trying to troubleshoot. I'm working with the FF4 stable build.
Try running Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.
Running in safe mode yields the same results.
Click the Firefox button, go to Options | Options | Advanced and in the General tab, make sure "Use autoscrolling" is checkmarked.

Retried Fire Fox, 8.0.1 Has the same old problems. No 3rd button Auto Scroll. I used the "OPTIONS" - "GENERAL" - "USE AUTO SCROLL" still does not work. Our company does a lot of reading and need this scroll.
Suggestion: Take away the mouse "RIGHT-CLICK" while your at it. ' OH?!??! people need this button? No they don't, "SHIFT-F10" works. . . . . . . Get'r FIXED !!!
