I have an Epson Workforce 500 printer. If I print something from a website while using Internet Explorer, it simply prints to the size of my letter sized paper. When I print the same thing using Firefox, it always prints a greatly reduced in size, document. If I try to go to print properties and make it print larger, it still comes out the same way. How can I work around this issue? I really don't want to resort to using I.E. But this morning, as an example, while on the AirCanada site, I tried to print my Boarding Pass 3 times and it came out in miniature, Please help me solve this problem. Thanks, Paul Hultslander

File > Page Setup = Scale
100% is usually best

It did NOT solve the issue. In fact, when I went to File>Page layout, etc. it did not give me a choice of Scale 100%. All I could do was set it to letter size paper (which it already was). I also put 100% on my printer options and it is still reducing the printed piece.
