By chance all the manu bar, Navigation bar ans bookmarks Toolbars were disappeared. How to recover all of them?

To increase the area of the Google Map, I try to remove some tool bars. Doing so once the Manu Bar was removed then there is no way to have them back. My question is how to recover those tool bars?

I had down load the Firfox new version today, it does still not work.

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
