Why does Firefox not block all popups? Example Netflicks
I was on HGTV site and when I closed Firefox, on my desktop was a Netflicks ad.

IIRC, Netflix uses this service - http://www.optmd.com/
You can use the CLICK TO OPT OUT » link on the right-side of that page to "opt out" of receiving those popunder advertisements.
