The mobile version of Firefox 4 does not support yet plugins (beta 3). See Known issues on Android.
However, there is a Flash plugin version you can get from Android market for Android 2.2 and above.
Note that the Flash plugin in the Android Market will not work with Firefox currently, but it will let you view Flash content using your phone's built-in browser.
