Every time I click on my home page it opens two tabs one of which is the mozilla atart page. I would like it to stop.
I believe that the question is self descriptive. I open a new tab and it opens. I click on my home page which is Google. The browser then opens a second tab and in the second tab that it opens is the Mozilla start page. if I do this several times during the day I end up with several tabs open to the Mozilla start page and it is irritating.

Firefox can have multiple home pages, check your list of home pages to ensure that the 2 sites are not listed. See how to set the home page for details.
