Rapport Extension
The Trustee Rapport Extension lets me know that I need to enable it. But I find that it has not been installed. Who does this? If I am to install it, I need the instructions to do so.

Usually your bank -- or whoever is telling you to use that extension -- will provide a download link to install it.
