Firefox always opens two windows when starting from a mail link.

Problem with Firefox opening two windows when connecting from another application link. STILL NOT FIXED. Running on Mac OS Monterey 12.5. There are numerous complaints about this bug but it never got fixed. It has become extremely annoying to me.


/moved thread from Firefox for iOS (for iPhone/iPad) to Firefox section for macOS, Windows and Linux.

Hi

This is a known bug on Mac when you open an external link when Firefox isn't running.

  • 1600153 - macOS 10.15 Catalina - two firefox windows are opened when clicking on external link
