How can I find a copy of a file I filled out on a website and uploaded to them?
When I download a file a copy is saved, however when I upload a form filled out on a website it just disappears! How can I find a copy of a file I have uploaded? If that is not possible, please advise how I can save a copy of a form I have filled out, prior to uploading it?

Are you talking about the file on your system or the copy on the website? If the website, you need to contact their support.
