Hi Ron, is this a problem with

• Firefox bookmarks (for example, bookmarks no longer in their folders; bookmarks missing)
• containers (data for the Multi-Account Containers extension was zapped)
• a different extension (for example, tab grouping extensions)
• a website you're using
• something else?

More info and context would be really helpful.

The problem was that all my 12 categories with info under my inbox disappeared after I attempted to clear my cookies and cache. I hope this helps.

Sometimes websites store information temporarily in cookies, for example, the order in which a list was stored or the last page you viewed. However, I would think that categories would be saved in your email account, so even if you logged out of your account, when you logged back in, they should be there... somewhere!!
