Got new computer. Was trying to migrate my files from old to new computer per Mozz instructions. It didn't work, but my old always still had all the email accounts and passwords. This was all done yesterday. Today, I did the Easetodo PC to PC and that worked fine. However, now none of my 20+ accounts are anywhere on my old PC and worse, the passwords are all gone Please help me find them! Thanks, Bernie

Really you need an expert in the product you used to help you recover, not a Thunderbird person. I can not begin to guess what the product even offers as option let alone offer advice. I would suggest other here probably have no more idea what Easetodo PC to PC is anymore than I do.

Looking at the website, perhaps they have actually unsuccessfully moved some of the data with move being the operative term. I suggest you go to their web site and see what their support can suggest. If you click the orange button on the bottom right of the screen it will open a chat session with their support.
