History bar size
What happened with the history bar size? It become more than 2 times smaller than it was before. The version of firefox is 76.0.1, all updates disabled because the new url bar makes me sick and i use the latest version where i can disable expanding of the url bar. Are there any ways to fix the size of history bar?

I'm not sure I understand the problem. Your screenshot shows the menu that drops down from the optional History toolbar button. Are you saying that menu has gotten narrower -- it was wider before -- or has gotten shorter -- it was longer before -- or the text has shrunk??
Regarding the enlarging URL bar, you can tame that using custom style rules in a userChrome.css file. That may be an investment of time you have been putting off with the hope that it will not be necessary because Firefox will change, but I think you will need to bite the bullet at some point. Yes, it was wider before. I found that if pin the history button to "overflow menu", the history bar become the same like it was before. But if unpin the button and put back to the panel, the history bar is getting narrowed again. ___ So, after some manipulations with changing language of the browser and pin/unpin, the problem miraculously has been fixed and the history bar is wide again. Anyway, thank you for response!
Are you possibly using code in userChrome.css that might affect this ?
