There are some users that have had the Firefox option disappear from the default menu. Usually, it can be fixed simply by reinstalling Firefox. That makes the necessary changes to get Firefox added back to the menu option. After you reinstall Firefox, if you happen to lose your Firefox data (bookmarks, etc), it's not a big deal.
