Video Lagging at other platforms other than youtube.
I dual booted Ubuntu 19.10 in my laptop alongside Windows 10. The videos in my Firefox browser (on Ubuntu) lags in between, it plays smoothly and after sometime it lags. The lagging is not so worse, but still it disturbs me from watching the video. If I play the same video in Windows in Firefox the video plays well. The main problem is with the site ' www.geeksforgeeks.org ' in Ubuntu (Linux) and the same site plays well in Windows Firefox. I have tried fixes like : 1) 'set media.benchmark.vp9.fps = 0' 2) https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1245735 but they didn't work.
System specs : 8gb of RAM 4gb of Dedicated Graphics card of AMD Radeon RX 560X AMD Ryzen 5-3550H processor

Do you have FFmpeg and perhaps libavcodec packages installed?
Patent and copyright restrictions are among reasons why many Linux distros do not come with packages such as FFmpeg in a new install as it provides codecs needed to fully support HTML5 players.
As you are using a flavour of Ubuntu so perhaps see https://linuxconfig.org/ubuntu-20-04-ffmpeg-installation or https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats
There use to be a youtube.com/html5 test page that showed if you supported all six things or not as this page mostly does the same. https://www.jeffersonscher.com/sumo/html5-video.html
Maybe check for memory related issues.
You can check the Firefox Task Manager (about:performance) and about:memory pages.

No, FFmpeg was not installed. Hence,I followed the steps to install it. I have ffmpeg installed now ' ffmpeg version 4.1.4-1build2 Copyright (c) 2000-2019 the FFmpeg developers built with gcc 9 (Ubuntu 9.2.1-4ubuntu1) ... ' (installing this didn't solved my problem). and I went to the link 'https://www.jeffersonscher.com/sumo/html5-video.html' , Here's what that link says to me.

I went to 'about:performance' and I didn't found any high usage of RAM or CPU. I have attached a screenshot of the performance page.
