This is getting exhausting. I've been using Thunderbird (for Mac) for years -- over a decade at least. In the last 3-6 months, Thunderbird freezes every single time I send an email and then click away from the email (anywhere) after hitting the send button and before the message has finished sending. It's extremely annoying because my habit is to hit the send button and move on to the next thing. So inadvertently I end up having to force quit thunderbird in between sending every couple emails. What's the deal and how can I fix this or do I need a new email client?
