Desktop firefox shows mobile view of google and asana (+others) when browsing, but shows desktop view on private browsing.
Hi all, I am experiencing an issue where some site (such as google and asana) think I am on my phone. Other sites do not do this, but several that i use regularly do. I tried troubleshooting, and i noticed that when i use a private browser, google and asana look good on desktop, so that is why i think this is a firefox issue. Ive tried searching google and the knowledge base but all the searches think I WANT to view the mobile view on desktop (to check responsive design most likely), but I actually want to STOP seeing the mobile view on desktop.
NOTE - this seemed to happen right after I selected an ad to be hidden using the AdBlock extension on an article i was reading. i dont know if this is relevant or not, but i deleted the app anyway. This did not fix the issue though.
Anyone seen this issue before?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Are you possibly using Resist Fingerprinting?
You can check this pref on the about:config page to see if Resist Fingerprinting is enabled and if this pref is user set (bold) reset to false via the right-click context menu.
- privacy.resistFingerprinting = false
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
