Select multiple items in a list using the shift key

I have large lists in an application that I used to be able to select the first item, hold the shift key and select the last item to select the entire list. I can no longer do this in Firefox. Is there a setting that needs to be made to do this?

Is this within Firefox or another application?

It is in another application, however, it only happens in Firefox, not I.E or Chrome. Thanks

Hi TCash, is there a publicly accessible page you could link to that demonstrates this problem? There are many ways to display and script a list, so the details matter.

If it's not critical to solve this in Firefox now, please test again after Firefox 69 is released around September 3rd. There already are hundreds or thousands of fixes in Firefox 69 for numerous web compatibility issues.

If you are tempted to test now, you can use the Developer Edition, which is based on the beta test version of Firefox 69 and installs side-by-side with regular Firefox.

If it's still not fixed in Firefox 69, could you reply with a link at that time or file a Web Compatibility report over here: https://webcompat.com/
