How can I increase the font size of Thunderbird program, NOT the emails but the program?
For example, the list of my e-mail addresses on the left. And, the listing of e-mails at the top, on the right.

It appears you're using macOS, since you posted this question from Safari. Can you confirm this ?
Font size of the application itself would first depend on the operating system desktop theme and configuration.
I'M using MS 10
