I am using the Thunderbird app for my company's email, and I created sub folders for different company's that I work with and so I can sort my emails so I know where to look when I need something. I just got a new computer and downloaded the app and now all my sub folders are gone, How do I get them back because I need all though emails.

Right-click the account in the folder pane, Subscribe, click Refresh. Can you now subscribe to the missing folders?

What were you using before? POP or IMAP? What are you using now? POP or IMAP.

The answer to your question depends on your answer.

Was the account set up as POP or IMAP on the old computer? If it was POP, the folders wouldn't appear on the new computer, and if the folders were created under Local Folders, they also wouldn't appear, even if the old account was IMAP.
