I am using Dragon professional. The Dragon extension seems to disable itself and I have to reinstall frequently.
I get the message set forth in the attached almost every time I open Firefox. Using Windows 10 on a Surface machine.

Please provide a link to the Dragon add-o you are using. Have you tried contacting its support?
Is the add-on being disabled, or removed?
