Whatever improvements came with my automatic update to version 6.3.3 (I'm running the 64 bit version of W7 pro, if that matters ) are not worth the impact of loosing my ability to have colored folder icons.

How can I go back to the version I had previously (I don't know what version it is) to get my colored folder icons back?

And can I do it without risking loss of emails?

Thanks, Dan

Thanks for your reply but I'm not computer savy.

Don't know how to go about installing rdf, or what it is, and don't feel comfortable changing code. I don't understand the process.

I'd like to just go back to the last version of Thunderbird I had by undoing the update. Is that possible?

Thanks, Dan

Thank you sfhowes for seeing me through this. I now have my color folders back.

I just have to thank you again. I have created almost a thousand folders counting those that are nested inside of others and without the colors I was extremely frustrated dealing with finding stuff quickly. THANK YOU
