The screens in my attachments have started to appear randomly when i open Firefox 62. I have contacted Microsoft and the technician put my computer on remote. The technician spent over an hour searching for problems, scanned for corruption but found nothing. Microsoft Edge was disabled but i have never installed it and have been with Firefox for a long time. So, finally the technician went to an escalation technician and it was suggested that it could be something in Firefox and to uninstall it and reinstall it. This i am reluctant to do as things may be lost or changed. Could you give me advice please?

Did you look at the snipping tool photo.

Yes, I did look at that photo, and on the taskbar I see that you took that photo using ........ Edge.

I'll stop mentioning it, because I don't want to upset you any more that you already are by all this.

Keeping my fingers crossed that you won't see that screen again,

That`s a load of bull. I took that photo with my Samsung Galaxy phone. The Firefox opened and the stupid screen came on it. no bloody EDGE

Ok, i have a gut full of saying i opened installed Edge i did not. Now, guide me to where my post can be deleted so i don`t have to read all of this garbage. If can`t be done i`ll deregister Mozilla for good.

You only asked us to look at the photo - you didn't say that you opened Firefox and, instead of your homepage, this "snipping tool" page opened. If that's what happened, nothing has changed then, has it  ?

Well, I owe you an apology for thinking that you used Edge to open that
page .....

I'll make myself scarce now and leave you in the capable hands of other contributors, who will hopefully be able to come up with a solution for your problem.

It has gone too far. If they appear again i`ll live with it. Microsoft-Telstra Platinum-Mozilla and me have no idea why this happened.
