I accidentally deleted multiple addresses in my address book. Is there a way I can restore these email addresses?

You can try this add on. It says it can recover deleted contacts. https://freeshell.de/~kaosmos/morecols-en.html To install... Download the file where you can find it. Go to the add on tab in Thunderbird and click Extensions. Click the gear icon and select Install from File.
