My email is thru windstream. They "upgraded" it. Since then..... my individual folders did not migrate to thunderbird. How do I rectify this problem. I need someone to talk me through the process.

YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING A PHONE NUMBER AS THUNDERBIRD HAS NO OFFICE TO CONNECT A PHONE TO.
I suggest you elucidate on what you have already done, as it sounds like you have done smething (like delete your mail account from Thunderbird) and now you want someone to help you undo that mistake.
